yesterday we went into Spain to see the beech at Tamaru and find a place to rent for a week later in the year. Fantastic scenery down there and the mas were amazing, how i wish i could speak spanish; I'd move there like a shot.

Today I went to the gym with a neighbour, what a laugh that was. I am aching now so heaven help me tomorrow morning. This afternoon I must make quince jam with all the fruit that is available - might do for Christmas presents? It is hot again, I'm not complaining but we desperately need some rain as everywhere is really brown and scorched a bit like the food traction man gets each day!!!
